OUR CHANGE & RETURN POLICY

FELIX is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. We gladly accept returns on full-priced orders within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Please note we share the cost of return process with our customers and charge a $25.00 restocking fee on refunds.

Return's cost of shipping are borne by the customer. Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached.

If you are not sure about the product, you can request additional information (Photos, Videos), in this way you help reduce unnecessary movements that generate an impact on our planet.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Felix. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Felix delivers these items to the carrier.

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.
